- Test samples: encode and test cards on your own equipment before approving bulk production.
Your hotel or system provider normally issues guest access credentials. Any factory encoding must be defined and agreed for the project.

Compatibility depends on the lock model, card technology, chip or magnetic stripe specification, encoder and software configuration. Send the approved card specification from your lock supplier. Test samples on your hotel encoder and locks before approving bulk production.
Can you print our hotel logo and guest information?
Yes. Send front and back artwork for your logo, colors, guest instructions, contact details or printed QR code. Glossy, matte and selected decorative finishes can be reviewed. Proofs and any agreed samples are approved before manufacturing.
Do you supply RFID and magnetic stripe hotel key cards?
